The Barlow is a classic, traditional profile, single blade slip joint folder that has a lasting appeal. Boker has created an innovative modern version in the Barlow Integral equipped with a satin finished N690 stainless steel blade, integral black canvas Micarta frame and bolsters and jute Micarta scales for a lightweight, high performance design with a classic look and modern appeal.

Brand new, direct from Boker Solingen, Germany.

Blade: The iconic Barlow clip point blade is executed in cryo treated, satin finished N690 stainless steel for modern performance and ease of maintenance. A traditional long pull and snappy, half-stop slip joint make for familiar operation. The full flat grind makes this a very functional and utilitarian blade for users, while collectors will be pleased with the visual appeal of the fine satin finish. Slim and sleek, the Barlow is an excellent collectors' piece or dress carry option.

Handle: Integral black canvas Micarta frame and long bolsters house the blade and back spring and support handsome and rugged jute Micarta scales for visual contrast. The linerless design puts the weight at just over an ounce, making this exceptional for daily carry. A stainless steel back spring delivers smooth yet snappy operation.

Bohler N690: N690 is a high quality stainless steel, considered an upgrade to 440C. It has higher hardness and wear resistance for better edge retention while sacrificing some toughness. Corrosion resistance is high, at or better than VG-10. Easy to sharpen, this is a well-balanced steel for daily carry and use.
