Produced in collaboration with knife maker Alex Kremer and Daily Customs, the Boker Daily Knives AK1 is a compact and versatile everyday fixed blade inspired by the utility of Scandinavian daily carry fixed blades. Born in 1993 in Fulda, Germany Alex Kremer started making his first knives at the age of 18. He designed the AK1 around a high performance RWL-34 stainless steel blade and an ergonomic handle. This version comes with a reverse Tanto blade and Grenadill wood handle scales.

Blade: The saber ground, reverse Tanto blade is made from satin finished, cryo treated RWL-34 stainless steel for optimal performance and ease of maintenance. The reverse Tanto has added durability for piercing while the saber grind balanced slicing performance and durability. The blade is marked with Alex Kremer, Daily Customs and Boker Tree Brand logos.

Handle: Attached to the full tang blade are chamfered Grenadill wood (African blackwood similar to ebony) designed for a minimal carry footprint and ergonomic comfort. Distal tapering from the center creates a secure grip on the slim design. Scales are easily removed and replaced using the included Torx key for cleaning or replacement with alternative scales produced in collaboration with Daily Customs. With the scales off the lanyard loop can be reversed and hidden within the handle.

Carries via a premium black leather sheath with attached Ulti-Clip.

RWL-34: RWL34, named after the world-famous knife maker Robert W Loveless, was developed by Damasteel as a powder metallurgy version of the Japanese ATS34. RWL34 offers high strength and toughness combined with extreme edge sharpness that is easy to maintain. RWL34 most appreciated features among knife makers are the ease to work with and the ability to mirror polish finish. Preforms similarly to CPM-154.
