Details

The Boker Solingen Delicate is based on a classic Bird & Trout hunting knife and is a popular picnic knife, compact steak knife or slim, everyday cutting tool. This high-quality interpretation from Boker knives of Germany employs a polished stainless steel blade, dual polished nickel sliver bolsters and handsome Desert Ironwood scales for a perfect combination of sleek and rugged, just what you want in a classic design.

Brand new, direct from Boker Solingen.

Blade: The Delicate sports a single, slim and iconic clip point blade executed in polished 440C with a nail nick and snappy, slip joint operation. This is a very functional and utilitarian blade for users while collectors will be pleased with the visual appeal of the bright, polish finish.

Handle: Mounted to brass liners with stainless steel pins you'll find the Delicate pattern delivered with dual, polished nickel silver bolsters, sleek and smooth, offset by handsome Desert Ironwood scales. Desert Ironwood is a tough, dense and weather resistant with a warm, rich figure that darkens over time forming its own unique patina. The front scale is embellished with the Boker Tree Brand Shield. A stainless steel back spring delivers smooth, snappy half-stop operation.

440C Stainless Steel: 440C sets the bar by which corrosion resistance of all other stainless steels are measured against. It offers excellent corrosion resistance, good edge retention and easy sharpening.
