Blade: The serpentine recurve blade of the Mamba is made from 440C which takes a fine finish and is highly corrosion resistant for easy maintenance for users and collectors alike. The blade has no nail nick for a clean look and is opened easily by pinching the spine and pulling into the open position.

Handle: The handles of the Mamba have clean, elegant lines and are built with a classic construction: brass liners supporting rich Grenadill or African Blackwood covers and polished nickel silver bolsters with steel pins and the "Tree Brand" shield. The stainless steel back lock is solid and smooth to operate and a hole at the pommel is provided for lanyard attachment.

The Mamba does not include a pocket clip.

440C Stainless Steel: Overshadowed by modern, high vanadium steels, 440C is the highest carbon stainless steel of the 440 series. It is a very good blade steel having excellent corrosion resistance enhanced by its high polishability. 440C has good hardness, wear resistance are reasonable durability making it a solid choice when looking for high performance for a reasonable cost.
