The Boker Swell-End Jack is a classic knife shape that was predominantly found in European farmers' markets and general mercantile shops of American settlements from the late 1800s. Inspired by the traditional design, the Swell-End Jack becomes noticeably wider towards the end of the handle, shifting the center of gravity backwards for a comfortable feel in the hand. For modern performance Boker pairs the classic design with a cryo treated N690 stainless steel blade and cap lifter/flat head screwdriver blade. This version comes with stabilized green curly birch covers.

Blade: Delivered in flat ground, satin finished N690 stainless steel the classic spear point blade provides low maintenance and modern performance. The blade has a swedge at the tip for style and enhanced piercing ability with a classic nail nick for easy opening. Snappy full and half stops add safety in use of both the blade and combo cap lifter/flat head screwdriver blade.

Handle: Simple and ergonomic, the tear-drop shaped handle consists of brass liners supporting polished nickel silver bolsters and stabilized green curly birch covers for stunning visual appeal. The front cover comes inlaid with the new version of the historic Boker tree symbol shield. Stainless pins and back spring round out the construction.

Bohler N690Co: N690Co is a high quality stainless steel with performance similar to Japanese VG-10 with high level corrosion resistance, good edge retention and ease of sharpening. Co stands for cobalt, added to enhance some performance elements.
