A classic pattern the Boker Solingen Trapper has a traditional construction with two carbon steel blades housed in brass liners which support dual, polished Nickel Silver bolsters. This version comes with handsome, Solid Oak Wood covers for a rugged, timeless feel.

Blade: Made from C75 carbon steel the Trapper comes with two blades situated at the same end of the handle, a defining feature of the Trapper pattern. The primary blade is a long clip point with a classic Tree Brand logo etch which contrasts nicely with the bright, polished finish underneath. The secondary blade is a Spey pattern with a more robust tip for heavier use Both blades open via forward facing nail nicks and have full flat grinds for good slicing performance with solid durability.

Handle: Rugged Oak Wood handle scales are flush fit between two polished nickel silver bolsters. Solid Oak Wood has a rustic, warm and traditional feel with the Tree Brand Logo shield adorning the front. Brass liners support the scales and bolsters and house the dual, stainless steel back springs which facilitate the slip joint operation.

C75 Carbon Tool Steel: C75 is a classic, non-stainless, carbon steel used by Boker for special projects their Solingen factory. Carbon steel soon develops its typical blue-gray patina that is not a flaw but a natural property of the material.
