The Whittler is a classic, three-blade, folding knife pattern with slip joint construction designed for daily carry and a variety of uses. This high-quality interpretation from Boker knives of Germany employs polished, carbon stainless steel blades with classic etch traditionally reserved for premium knives and Jigged Red Bone handle covers. The main blade is a one-hand open Clip Point with Tree Brand etch paired with a timeless pen and coping blade.

Brand new, direct from Boker Knives, Solingen Germany.

Blades: The Whittler sports three blades: a single, long Clip Point blade executed in polished high carbon stainless steel with a tradition nail nick, Tree Brand logo etching and snappy, slip joint operation. The flat grind slices with ease while retaining good durability. At the opposite end of the handle polished and flat ground pen and coping blades handle fine or precise work.

Handle: Brushed nickel silver bolsters and Jigged Red Bone scales are mounted to brass liners with brass pins offering a handsome, comfortable and classic handle. A Stockman-sytle serpentine body shape is built for serious use while retaining a beautiful aesthetic. The front scale is embellished with the Boker Tree Brand Shield while dual stainless steel back springs delivers smooth yet snappy operation.

C75 Carbon Tool Steel: C75 is a classic, non-stainless, carbon steel used by Boker for special projects their Solingen factory. Carbon steel soon develops its typical blue-gray patina that is not a flaw but a natural property of the material.
