Designed by Israeli martial artist Boris Manasherov, the Boker Plus Thunder Storm is a compact, rugged tactical automatic folding knife. Its pronounced finger choil gives you a secure grip in multiple positions with fast, controlled transitions facilitated by the chamfered and jimped aluminum handles. Milled groves on the flats reduce weight while enhancing traction. This version comes with a black coated, spear point AUS-8 stainless steel blade and milled, black anodized aluminum handle scales.

Blade: Made from AUS-8 stainless steel, the Spear Point blade is finished with a black coating that is discreetly non-reflective and protects against wear from use. Lightning quick coil spring operation deploys the blade at a touch of a button giving you access to the saber ground plain edge for clean slicing performance. The top swedge tapers the blade to a fine point for piercing and detail work.

Handle: Black anodized aluminum handle scales are milled with an integral back spacer for lightweight durability and weight reducing pockets on the outside which also increase traction in the hand. The scales are chamfered and ergonomic in design for secure comfort in the hand with a deep index groove and strategic jimping for added security. The button lock mechanism is smooth and easy to operate while being reliably secure. A generous hole is provided for lanyard attachment and a tungsten carbide glass breaker end securing the pocket clip. Includes tool to reverse pocket clip position.

Carries via a reversible, tip-up, stainless steel deep carry clip.

AUS-8 Stainless Steel: is a high carbon, low chromium stainless steel produced by Aichi Steel Corporation, Japan. We've found it to have an excellent balance between toughness and strength. It offers good corrosion resistance and is capable of acquiring a razor sharp edge. It typically dulls faster than S30V, but has better edge retention than 440C. Sharpening should be a breeze.
