The Boker Plus Wasabi takes its inspiration from the classic Japanese utility knife, the Higonokami. Designer of the Wasabi, Japanese Custom Knife Maker Kansei Matsuno, takes this concept and elevates it to the level of a modern gentleman's knife while retaining the functional simplicity of its precursor. This version is equipped with Cocobolo Wood handle scales.

The Blade: The slim, utilitarian Tanto point blade is made from highly corrosion resistant 440C with a handsome satin finish. The blade deploys fast or slow via the top flipper tab, keeping the lines of the knife slim and clean.

The Handle: Simple and slim, the Wasabi is build on an open-back, steel liner construction with Cocobolo handle scales, lanyard tube, and right hand, tip-down, stainless steel pocket clip for carry. Dual detent ball tension inside the liners offers non-locking security during carry and use.
