Direct from maker Sebastijan Berenji we have a custom SB2 Borka Blades fixed knife with a full tang of super tough CPM-3V high speed tool steel. This is a wicked wharny hand ground to perfection.
The Blade: Satin grinds on this pointy wharny with right at three inches of cutting edge. A thumb scoop on the spine is lightly textured, comfortable. Sebastijan has done his popular sculpted rock-face textured flats that run the length of the tang. A big choil acts as a guard to keep your fingers away from the edge during use. His logo appears on the front grind.
The Handle: A simple, yet effective blue paracord wrap is tightly woven around the tang. It swells enough to fill the palm while offering a comfortable grip. The ergo's shine through the wrap and fit in the hand expertly. A lanyard hole is included at the base of the tang.
Included in this SB2 package is a molded Pontus blue Kryptek Kydex sheath with clip attachment for horizontal carry, zipper pouch and Signed/Dated Specs card from the maker.
We've found 3V to be tougher than O1 and 5160 steels and easier to sharpen than D2 and S30V
