Blade: The modified spear point CPM Rex 45 tool steel blade has a strong false edge swedge and over three inches of razor sharp cutting edge. Discreetly non-reflective, the tumbled black DLC Nimbus finish hides wear while thumb jimping and a generous forward choil offer a secure grip for control in use.

Handle: 3D contoured canvas Micarta handle scales provide comfortable ergonomics and a secure, hand filling grip with plenty of traction. Heat treated tumbled black oxide 416 stainless custom fasteners attach the scales to the full tang for rock solid construction.

Carries via a stitched leather horizontal belt sheath.

CPM Rex 45: CPM Rex 45 (similar to Hitachi HAP40) is a super-high-speed, particle metallurgy tool steel similar to CPM-M4. Higher hardness increases strength and edge stability for thinner, high performance edges with some reduction in toughness. Corrosion resistance is comparable to CPM-M4.
