New from Brian Tighe and Friends we have the USA Made Tighe Fighter Large Tanto flipper with a Blasted/Stonewashed blade. These small batch production pieces are hand-assembled using custom maker Brian Tighe's designs. Very cool and very EDC friendly.
The Blade: Just over 3.5 inches of piercing tanto power on this Fighter hollow ground from 154CM USA made steel. This one is given what's called a dull or blasted stonewash finish that's like a non-reflective matte grey. Use the ambidextrous thumb studs or integral flipper mechanism to deploy in a flash. It rides on Brian's Ceramic STBS (Sealed Thrust Bearings System) pivot and locks up solid with a button lock for optimal performance. Each is Serialized on the back of the blade.
The Handle: 3D machined hard-anodized aluminum with the same great ergonomics of Brian's custom pieces. This one is black with matching ridged backspacer construction. Finger grooves add a supremely comfy grip for medium-large sized hands.
Finishing touches on the Large Tighe Fighter include a Y-shaped steel pocket clip with logo, large lanyard window and ball bearing retention like Brian's customs designed for deep-pocket tip up carry. It comes in a padded box with microfiber bag and serialized Warranty card.
