Details

The Tighe Tac Two model from custom maker Brian Tighe is a modern interpretation of the tactical gentleman's pocket knife. Progressive knife designs are Mr. Tighe's forte as he is no stranger to unique lines and configurations. Appealing to the modern man or woman with outstanding fit and finish one would expect from such an elite maker.

The Blade: This is a 3.5 inch model featuring a compound ground Tanto-styled blade. It's extremely pointy and comes with Brian calls his "cracked ice" finish. It is a combination of light tumbling and high polishing that can truly only be appreciated in person. The flats have a horizontal satin finish and Brian's signature marking on the front. Dual thumb stud openers as well as an integral flipper tab option for deployment. The RWL-34 glides on Brian's STBS (Sealed Thrust Bearings System) for some of the smoothest operation on the planet.

The Handle: Two titanium slabs have been machined in a zig-zag pattern with the top flat a brushed satin finish. The steps along the sides have a bronze accenting anodization. Not only does it look cool, but the ergonomics make it feel cool too. Easy to access button lock mechanism offers reliable lock up.

This custom version includes a tip-up carry textured titanium pocket clip and signature Brian Tighe zipper pouch.
