The classic 103 Skinner is a long-running, iconic skinner from Buck Knives. One of their early designs, the curved belly aids in getting through thick layers while the narrow, turned-down point helps with fine finishing tasks. Full tang construction offers durability with an integral finger guard for a safe, sure grip when working through multiple game. This Pro version comes with a Bos heat treated S35VN blade and green canvas Micarta handle.

Blade: The wide skinner profile is made with premium, American CPM-S35VN for optimal performance paired with Buck's famous BOS heat treat. Satin finished, the four-inch blade provides a razor sharp edge thanks to the hollow grind, perfect for skinning or utility tasks. The hollow grind delivers optimal cutting performance while being durable at the spine and easy to maintain in the field. The wide blade can be easily pinch gripped for even more control.

Handle: A handsome and rugged green canvas Micarta handle is fit over the tang framed by a polished aluminum pommel and guard with black Micarta spacer highlight. Micarta is durable, weather resistant and looks great while providing solid traction. Subtle finger grooves pair with the guard to provide added security with the neutral design allows for multiple grips for added utility.

Carries via a black Leather belt sheath for carry.

CPM S35VN: was designed to offer improved toughness over CPM S30V. It is also easier to machine and polish than CPM S30V and the adjusted chemistry makes CPM S35VN about 15-20% tougher than CPM S30V without any loss of wear resistance. CPM S35VN’s improved toughness gives it better resistance to edge chipping.
