Burger Custom EXK Base Carbon Fiber Top Flipper #002

The Custom EXK Base #002 is a refined custom creation from knife maker Trevor Burger. This ultralight Gentleman's folder is perfect for every day carry with a slim profile and clean lines. Excellent fit and finish paired with quality materials like a hand rubbed satin N690 blade and Carbon Fiber handles make this a dream to carry and use.

The Blade: The hand rubbed N690 blade is a wide, utilitarian drop point with a shallow hollow grind delivering excellent slicing and piercing performance. Bohler's N690 provides a good combination of edge retention and corrosion resistance with ease of sharpening. It also takes a fine, razor like edge. The blade deploys via a top flipper tab with jimping that allows for a slow, "manual" rotation deployment or a faster "flipper" operation.

The Handle: The blue anodized, single titanium liner construction supports finely finished Carbon Fiber Scales and a black with red pinstripe G10 back spacer. The single liner doubles as the liner lock mechanism for secure use. The lock side scale is marked "TBC 002". A matte gray titanium pocket clip is set up for tip-up, right hand carry only.
