The Custom EXK CFL is a solid custom creation from knife maker Trevor Burger. This titanium frame lock is a more robust iteration of the standard EXK while retaining the original clean lines and streamlined profile. Excellent fit and finish paired with a hand rubbed satin N690 blade and full titanium frame lock construction make this knife an excellent every day carry option for those who require a blade that can tackle some serious use while being compact enough for ease of carry.

The Blade: The hand rubbed N690 blade is a wide, utilitarian drop point with a shallow hollow grind delivering excellent slicing and piercing performance. Bohler's N690 provides a good combination of edge retention and corrosion resistance with ease of sharpening. It also takes a fine, razor like edge. The blade deploys via a top flipper tab with jimping that allows for a slow, "manual" rotation deployment or a faster "flipper" operation. An IKBS bearing pivot adds to the glassy operation and delivers lightening fast deployment when you need it.

The Handle: Full titanium construction makes the CFL a more rugged folder but the blue anodized pivot collars, floating back spacer and pocket clip add a touch of color giving it a classy look. The handle slabs are lightly contoured and are bead blast matte gray finished. A 3D machined, blue anodized titanium pocket clip is set up for tip-up, right hand carry only. A titanium frame lock delivers smooth, solid, and secure operation. "TBC 001" is stamped just above the lock bar cutout.
