This clip point Bowie is an exceptional example of Camerer's work featuring a hand forged, 1800 layer carbon steel Damascus blade with matching guard and bolster and an African Blackwood handle.

Blade: The iconic Bowie style clip point hunter comes with a full flat grind and false edge clip for powerful cutting potential with a generous ricasso for added control in fine work. 1800 layer carbon steel Damascus offers a striking look while providing solid outdoor performance and ease of sharpening.

Handle: Topped with a Damascus cross guard and bolster, the contoured African Blackwood handle has a warm, comfortable feel in the hand with exceptional balance and speed. The pommel swell pairs with the forward guard for a safe, secure grip. A single stainless pin affixes the handle to the through tang.

Sheath: Carries via a tooled leather belt sheath.

Camerer Damascus: A high quality, carbon steel Damascus, Craig Camerer's custom Damascus is a folded, pattern welded steel made from simple 1084 high carbon steel and 15N20 band saw blade material. The steels are forge welded, folded and acid etched to achieve a unique layered pattern. Cutting performance will be similar to the carbon steels mentioned above. Care is required to prevent corrosion.
