Blade: The single Drop Point blade is made from satin finished Tru-Sharp stainless steel with a generous nail nick opener. The shallow hollow grind offers a good combination of durability while optimizing cutting performance.

Handle: Black synthetic handles house the blade and back lock mechanism that provides smooth operation and secure lockup for use. The handles have textured faux bolsters that enhance traction and give a nod to the classic heritage of the design.

Case Tru-Sharp: Case Tru-Sharp is another name for 420HC, a stainless steel that provides excellent rust resistance, ease of re-sharpening and moderate edge retention while being exceptionally tough for a stainless steel. With appropriate heat treatment it is said to preform similarly to VG-10 in wear resistance.
