Case Carbon Steel Knives
Case Carbon Steel knives have long been known for their exceptional sharpness and long-lasting edge retention. These knives are easy to sharpen and develop a distinctive patina over time adding to their aesthetic appeal. Previously crafted with Chrome-Vanadium (Case CV), Case has recently transitioned to using 1095 Carbon Steel, marked as CS.
Note: Carbon steel will rust or patina without proper care. We highly recommend wiping down carbon steel knives after use and applying a thin film of oil to protect your blade.
