Part of the new Modern Everyday Carry line from Case Knives, the Marilla steps into the arena of contemporary EDC folders, offering ball bearing pivot flipper deployment and one hand operation frame lock construction. The drop point blade comes in high performance CPM-S35VN stainless steel, and the lightweight aluminum handle comes equipped with a high traction G10 inlay for a secure grip. This version comes with a satin finished blade and blue anodized aluminum handle.

Blade: Made from CPM-S35VN, the drop point blade comes equipped with a high saber grind and pronounced tip swedge for solid durability and good slicing and piercing performance to handle daily cutting tasks. Stonewashed to hide wear, the blade rides on a ball bearing pivot for fast, smooth flipper deployment.

Handle: Dual slabs of lightweight, anodized aluminum connected with barrel spacers create an easy to maintain open back construction. With chamfered edges for comfort, the handle offers plenty of real estate for a solid grip. An index cutout pairs with the flipper tab guard for added safety, while the black G10 inlay enhances traction in hand. The steel lock face of the aluminum frame lock gives smooth operation and reliable lockup for safe use.

Carries via a reversible stainless-steel deep carry clip.

CPM-S35VN: Modified CPM-S30V designed for improved toughness (15-20%) and ease of machining and polishing. Well-balanced for daily use, S35VN has a slight decrease in edge retention and higher corrosion resistance, close to AISI 420.
