Case XX U.S.A. 10 Dot (1980) Appaloosa Museum Toenail. This knife features two mirror polished large drop point blades. Front of master clip etched with image of knife museum. The front of master stamped Case XX SS with 10 dots. Back of small drop point also etched NKCA Museum Founders Knife, MUSEUM 50. Both blades have reasonable snap. Both blades have rubs on back, more so on master. Very pretty pinned appaloosa bone which are chip and crack free. This piece is from the National Knife Collectors Museum Founders Set of which 2,600 were produced. Serial number 0839 stamped on front bolster. The 4 knife set included a Schrade Clasp Knife, Kissing Krane Humpback Whittler, Pearl Fight'n Rooster, and Case Sunfish. More images available upon request.
