Details

The Hardline Flipper from custom maker Chad Nell is the definition of smokin' hot. It's sleek, seductive and intimidating all in the same breath. It has a thin profile, yet radius-ed to curve comfortably in your hand. The edges are smooth with clean lines and curves right where you want them. This one's a looker and we think a winner from the talented Mr Nell.

Brand new from Maker.

The Blade: Aggressive, yet comfortable kinda feeling harpoon tanto shape for the Hardline. The tip and upper swedge exude strength while its hand rubbed satin finish adds that Nell elegance. Its spine is left smooth, with no jimping, but rather a cut out separating the swedge and rest. The cutout adds to the no-nonsense approach and doubles as a bonus thumb position. Detent, action and blade seating are all perfection on the piece. The flipper tab is subtle with some light jimping for purchase that's a dream to operate. The XHP runs on bearings with early, solid lockup.

The Handle: Wonderful matte grey titanium gets a light sheer to it via the orange peel method. This finishing adds a most welcomed texturing and appearance throughout. Chad worked this Ti to perfection to fit your hand like a glove. The contours are great and smooth edges are a wonder. The frame lock bar is executed to a "T" with a matching lock bar stabilizer. The Hardline features a black Torx pivot and silver Torx hardware along with lightening holes accent on the front slab.

This custom knife includes a tip up carry pocket clip, C. Nell USA Dragoncut Design button pouch and signed/dated Specs card from the maker.
