The Trico from custom knife maker Chad Nell is a sleek, simple, liner lock top flipper with a compact footprint, exceptional performance and visual appeal. An ideal gentleman's carry folder, this knife is packed with custom details while offering a highly functional EDC cutting tool. This piece has a hand rubbed satin, AEB-L spear blade, jeweled titanium liners, vintage Butterscotch paper Micarta handle scales, custom titanium hardware, and an Oil Slick zirconium clip.

Blade: A simple, sleek pierce-y spear point blade of AEB-L stainless steel is finished in a handsome hand rubbed satin and ground with a shallow, high hollow that pairs with the fine tapered point to deliver optimal cutting performance. The ball bearing pivot provides smooth operation with fast or controlled opening via the angled, low profile top flipper that is jimped for positive traction.

Handle: Thick titanium liners support stunning butterscotch Micarta scales that are subtly contoured for comfort in the hand. Minimalist in design, the handle has clean, ergonomic lines with a compact form factor similar in size to an 84 mm Swiss Army Knife. Inside the liners are engine turned jeweled for a truly custom feel. The liner lock mechanism is smooth in operation and delivers rock solid lockup for safe use. Construction is completed with titanium hardware including a custom machined pivot and matching butterscotch Micarta back spacer.
