Chad Nell Hardline 3 Recurve Nichols Armor Core Fat Carbon Handle Timascus Bolsters

The Hardline 3 is a collaborative design from tactical knife designer Jared Van Otterloo and custom knife maker Chad Nell. Inspired by Nell's "Patton" folder the Hardline 3 has a more compact blade fit into the Hardline handle profile. This version is dressed to impress with a Chad Nichols Armor Core blade, Fat Carbon handle scales and stunning Black Kraken Timascus Bolsters.

Blade: The broad, recurve blade is made from Nichols Armor Core Damascus with a mid-height hollow grind that tapers to a razor sharp cutting edge. A small thumb scoop gives way to a tapering top swedge that ends in a fine piercing point. Jimping at the base of the spine gives added traction. The detent is moderate, offering a smooth and decisive deployment via a caged ceramic ball bearing pivot and deploys via the subtle flipper tab or dual thumb studs.

Handle: Contoured Fat Carbon Scales meet seamlessly with orange peel anodized titanium liners and polished Black Kraken Timascus Bolsters. Extremely attractive and comfortable in hand, this high class folder is as good looking as it is useful should you choose to put it to work. Thick titanium liners have been orange peel anodized with one forming a liner lock mechanism. 

Matching milled Black Kraken Timascus pocket clip is set up for right-hand, tip-up only carry.
