Blade: Aggressive yet elegant the Hardline is equipped with a premium CTS-XHP Harpoon Tanto blade. The tip and upper swedge exude strength while its hand rubbed satin polished finish adds that Nell elegance. The spine is smooth, with no jimping, but rather a cut out separating the swedge and crowned spine. The cutout adds to the no-nonsense approach and doubles as a bonus thumb position. Detent, action and finish are all perfection on the piece. The flipper tab is subtle with some light jimping for purchase and delivers decisive operation. Riding on bearings the blade deploys with hydraulic fluidity for use.

Handle: Liners built from tumbled, matte grey titanium form the foundation for the Hardline and support Marbled Carbon Fiber bolsters and Thunderstorm Kevlar Micarta scales that are flawlessly fit and finished. The handle is simple, comfortable and secure. The liner lock is smooth in operation and delivers solid, early lockup. Torx hardware and a small carbon fiber backspacer round out the construction.

Carries via a right hand, tip-up, 3D machined Titanium pocket clip.

CTS-XHP: A high-carbon, high-chromium stainless steel that combines the exceptional corrosion resistance of 440C and wear resistance similar to D2. Thanks to the unique composition and its ability to attain a high hardness, CTS XHP has edge retention somewhere between S30V and ZDP 189. An excellent choice for any knife that is going to see a lot of use.
