Manufactured by Reate Knives and designed by Ramon Chaves, the Chaves Ultramar series offers the same functional, ergonomic designs and stout build quality as Ramon's customs in a production platform. A smaller version of the 229 model, the Sangre Street is a sleek Chaves design with robust solid titanium construction and compact, daily carry friendly dimensions. This model comes with a tumbled titanium frame, coarse black G10 front scale, and satin finished M390 Wharncliffe blade.

Blade: The thick M390 blade rides smooth on a ceramic bearing pivot for fast and flawless flipper deployment. Finished in a striking two-tone belt finished satin, the aggressive Wharncliffe comes with a high saber grind for powerful slicing and piercing with a generous choil for easy edge maintenance. The flipper guard keeps fingers safely off the edge.

Handle: A high traction, coarse black G10 front  scale pairs with the blasted and tumbled titanium frame and partial back spacer  to form the substantial handle. Chamfered edges provide a comfortable grip with an index groove and subtle sweep for solid security in multiple grips. The integral frame lock is smooth and solid thanks to the hardened steel lock face insert and over travel stop.

Carries via a right hand milled titanium clip. Skull clip installed, plain clip included.

Bohler M390: Bohler M390 (analog to CPM-20CV and CTS-204P) is a premium powder metallurgy (PM) stainless steel with high level edge retention and corrosion resistance. A popular choice for high-end production and custom knives, M390 is relatively easy to sharpen, with toughness on par with 440C/154CM.
