This Chris Reeve Large Sebenza 31 sets Box Elder Burl inlays into a polished titanium frame lock and pairs them with a polished MagnaCut drop point. It is a full-size work folder, hollow ground for general everyday cutting.

• Polished Magnacut Blade - Magnacut stands out for rust resistance that outclasses most premium stainless, and it sharpens easier than the high-vanadium steels it competes with. Hollow ground into a drop point at 63-64 HRC and polished end to end.
• Reeve Integral Lock with Ceramic Ball Interface - The frame lock that started the whole category. A ceramic ball rides between the lockbar and the blade tang instead of steel on steel, which kills lock stick and slows wear. The lockbar engages early and sits there with no blade play.
• Polished Titanium and Box Elder Burl - Milled titanium taken to a satin polish, pocketed on both sides with stabilized Box Elder burl. The burl is a Maple, figured with rosy swirls that run differently on every knife, so no two handles match. The inlays add a little girth for grip.
• Titanium Pocket Clip - The tip-up, right-hand clip is stamped from titanium, and the 31 positions it off the lockbar so your grip does not press against it.

The Chris Reeve Large Sebenza 31 is the full-size version of the folder that set the standard for what a production knife could be. Sebenza is Zulu for work, and the knife was built to earn the name, machined to tolerances usually reserved for aerospace parts and meant to still be used decades on. Chris Reeve gave it a lock of his own invention, a titanium lockbar cut integral to the handle, and the 31 runs a ceramic ball in that lockbar against the blade tang.
