Chris Reeve Small Sebenza 21 Left Hand CGG Doppler

The Chris Reeve Small Sebenza 21 Left Handed Computer Generated Graphic "Doppler" features laser engraved Doppler effect waves in the bead blast finished surface. The full titanium frame is also blast finished and is equipped with a premium, hand sharpened CPM-S35VN blade.

Blade: Traditional drop point blade style composed of premium CPM-S35VN has been fully stonewashed. The stonewashed finish is great for day to day use showing little wear. Single silver titanium thumb stud attached for left hand opening. The blade operates incredibly smoothly and is delivered absolutely razor sharp.

Handle: Dual titanium slab handles feature a a precision laser engraved front side with Doppler effect waves, more compressed toward the rear expanding toward the front and originating from a milled hole near the backspacer. A Reeve Integral Frame Lock holds the blade solidly in the open position and with smooth and simple operation for easy disengagement. An attached lanyard and right hand, tip-up titanium pocket clip round out this Sebenza 21.

CPM S35VN: was designed to offer improved toughness over CPM S30V. It is also easier to machine and polish than CPM S30V. The inclusion of Niobium allows for the formation of niobium carbides along with vanadium and chromium carbides. Substituting niobium carbides for some of the vanadium carbides makes CPM S35VN about 15-20% tougher than CPM S30V without any loss of wear resistance. The improved toughness of CPM S35VN gives it better resistance to edge chipping.
