The CIVIVI Anthropos is the budget friendly EDC flipper designed by iconic custom designer Elijah Isham. The Anthropos delivers a more utilitarian design while retaining Isham's style and executes it in a robust yet refined construction. This version comes with Black Stonewashed Copper handle scales, black stainless steel liners and a black hand rubbed Damascus blade.

Blade: A fully flat ground, Damascus blade rides on a caged ceramic ball bearing pivot for ultra smooth, fast deployment via the minimalist flipper tab that is fully hidden in the open position. The blade is a robust utilitarian drop point profile with plenty of belly for slicing and a generous top swedge for enhanced piercing performance. A subtle index finger choil allows for full sharpening and added control in fine tasks. Striking and stylish, the black hand rubbed Damascus blade has a rounded triangle blade hole in Isham's signature style.

Handle: The handles are clean and simple in design with organic lines that Isham is known for. Stainless steel liners offers a solid foundation for the hefty Black Stonewashed Copper scales and form a simple and reliable liner lock mechanism for secure use. Milled lines in the scales echo the organic handle shape and provide added traction. The ergonomic handle design provides plenty of security and comfort for extended use. Black stainless steel hardware and copper back spacer round out the construction.

Carries via a reversible, tip-up, stainless steel deep carry pocket clip.

Chinese Damascus: Damascus offers the performance of a modern steel while delivering a unique look from the pattern welded layers and acid etched finish. Often available in multiple patterns, Damascus gives a knife a striking and singular look. The core of this blade is 9Cr18MoV stainless steel hardened to around 60 HRC for solid cutting performance.
