Slim and refined the CIVIVI Asticus offers big knife performance with a compact, lightweight carry. The fast, flipper deploying blade delivers over 3.5 inches of razor sharp, hollow ground cutting edge while proud stainless liners support flat, peel-ply G10 scales for a more contoured feel in the hand while still carrying slim in the pocket. This version comes with Carbon Fiber/G10 laminate handle scales, stainless steel liners and San Mai Stainless Damascus blade.

Blade: A simple, straight spine blade made from striking, San Mai stainless steel Damascus that is given a high hollow grind with a full length tapered swedge to deliver excellent slicing and piercing performance. A subtle choil offers easy sharpening and added control in the forward grip. Steel ball bearing pivot washers offer fast, smooth operation of the blade using the index flipper tab for deployment.

Handle: Blasted, matte gray stainless steel liners support classy, Twill Carbon Fiber overlaid G10 handle scales with the liners riding proud to deliver a more contoured feel in the hand. Simple and neutral in design, the sweeping handles are comfortable and secure with solid ergonomics in multiple grip positions. The stainless steel liner lock is smooth, robust and reliable offering simple and intuitive operation with jimping for enhanced traction. An inline pin is provided for lanyard attachment at the pommel end.

Carries via a reversible, tip-up, stainless steel deep carry pocket clip.

Chinese Damascus: Damascus offers the performance of a modern steel while delivering a unique look from the pattern welded layers and acid etched finish. Often available in multiple patterns, Damascus gives a knife a striking and singular look. The core of this blade is 9Cr18MoV stainless steel hardened to around 60 HRC for solid cutting performance.
