The CIVIVI x JL Lumi top flipper is another fantastic collaborative effort between custom maker Justin Lundquist (i.e., WE Angst, Kizer Feist) and WE/CIVIVI. The minimalist design has clean lines with a simple liner construction and classy contoured scales for a great look.

Blade: Hollow ground for extraordinary slicing performance the black stonewashed 14C28N blade comes in a straight spine profile that tapers to a fine tip for piercing and detail work. The blade rides smooth on a caged ceramic bearing pivot, deploying via the jimped top flipper. When closed, the handle envelops the blade for a clean look.

Handle: Hallmark Lundquist, the handles feature proud stainless liners and canvas Micarta scales for a comfortable, contoured and aerodynamic feel with easy carry. The neutral handle allows for multiple grip options for optimal versatility. The stainless steel liner lock delivers smooth, easy operation and solid lock up for safe use.

Carries via a reversible, tip-up, stainless steel deep carry clip.

Sandvik 14C28N: 13C26 modified with more chromium and nitrogen added for higher hardness and improved corrosion resistance. Like 13C26, 14C28N is well-balanced with good toughness, corrosion resistance and stability for a fine, razor edge. Edge retention is higher than carbon steel, with similar toughness and the benefit of being stainless.
