The Cold Steel Bolo Machete is your ally in creating a path through large brush and growth. The Bolo style machete is commonly used in Southeastern Asia as a farming and agricultural tool. The blade shape excels as a harvesting tool and it's distinctive bulge provides additional chopping power.

The Blade: The Bolo is made from carbon steel with a black matte coating to prevent rust. The extra mass at the tip carries considerable weight for effective chopping.

The Handle: Textured handle grip is flat across the top with curved lower with a integrated guard and butt extension to keep the hand in place. Low fatigue handle also includes a lanyard hole to tether the knife.

The Sheath: Cor-Ex design has reinforced end to protect the tip of the blade and solid rivet construction on the sides. Split top for easy insertion with nylon strap closure. Single handle strap also snaps closed for retention. Designed for belt carry with a sewn-on Nylon webbing loop.
