Details
The Finn Bear is tough enough for skinning and carving or fine enough to slice and dice. It has a stout point for piercing and enough belly for the largest game. An excellent choice for hunters, hikers and campers.
The Blade: The Finn Bear is hollow ground to a razor sharp edge from sub zero cryo-quenched steel for improved wear resistance and cutting performance. German 4116 will hold a good edge and is easily re-sharpened.
The Handle: A durable polypropylene handle has a modified diamond cross-section that fits like a glove. It's comfortable and will accommodate a variety of grips.
The Sheath: One piece molded sheath with an integral belt loop.
Krupp 4116 is a medium carbon content steel with a high chromium content that makes it very rust resistant. It is not hard to sharpen and can exhibit better wear resistance than 420HC.
