The Ranch Hand is a smaller version of the iconic clip point Range Boss that offers the same traditional liner lock build and vintage jackknife style in a more carry friendly package. Cold Steel utilizes polymer faux sawed bone covers with stainless liners and bolsters for modern performance with an SK5 carbon steel blade, tough enough for heavy cutting tasks and easy to get razor sharp.

Blade: The classic sub-3 inch Bowie clip point has style and capability with a full flat grind SK5 carbon steel construction. A nail nick delivers smooth opening on rugged bronze washers. SK5 offers old school performance with good durability, easy sharpening and unique character from the patina it will develop over time. 

Handle: Full stainless steel liners support polished stainless steel bolsters and faux bone scales with saw cut texture for a vintage feel with modern performance. A strong back spring provides a solid feel and smooth, consistent tension when opening with a liner lock for added security during use. A generous hole is provided for lanyard attachment.

Carries via a leather pouch sheath with belt loop.

SK5 Carbon Steel: A.K.A. W108, SK5 is a water hardening tool steel, used in knives, tools, and springs. SK5 is simple carbon steel like the 10XX series with higher alloy content for better performance. Care is required to prevent corrosion.
