The Blade:An 18" blade of 65 Mn carbon tool steel is built for serious chopping and has a black powder coat finish for a long wearing finish that adds corrosion resistance to this beefy woods tool. The blade is made tough but easy to sharpen for ease of maintenance in the field.
The Handle:The dual injection molded handle is made from with a Polypropylene core with a textured Thermoplastic Rubber Overmold. This combination of materials reduces hand fatigue while efficiently transferring chopping power.
Carries via a High Quality Reinforced Nylon Sheath.
