The body is built from machine anodized Red aluminum with Ruger logo and textured knurling near the bottom for grip. Simple, smooth operation on this one. Just pull down on the protruding silver lever near the top to dispense pencil. Hold the lever down and push pencil back in.
The Ruger handsome mechanical pencil is tough, with plenty of desk appeal and comes with a stonewashed steel pocket clip.
