Details
The CRKT Williwaw designed by Jim Hammond seamlessly combines a beautiful looking design with a highly functional execution to deliver a cutting tool that blurs the line between a dress knife and a work knife. The Williwaw fits just as well in jeans as it does in dress pants and delivers cutting performance no matter what you wear.
Brand new product directly from Columbia River Knife & Tool.
The Blade: The modified drop point blade of the Williwaw has a sweeping recurve edge with a high height hollow grind delivering optimal slicing performance. An IKBS bearing pivot system paired with a subtle flipper tab for fast and smooth deployment. Jimping on the flipper provides decisive deployment while a jimped thumb ramp on the spine paired with the integral finger guard give a high level of security in the hand during use. The satin finished blade is classy and contrasts nicely with the black stonewash finish of the handle.
The Handle: The elegantly sculpted handles are made from black stonewash finished stainless steel, inspired by the gusting Arctic winds of Hammond's native Alaska. Half the handle comprises a solid frame lock mechanism provides solid lockup during use of the knife. An open back construction allows for easy cleaning and maintenance.
The knife carries via a tip-down, right-hand-only stainless steel pocket clip.
