Based on the classic CQC-7 Tanto profile, Emerson Knives is now offering the CQC-7 Fixed Blade. A classic tactical design and cornerstone of the Emerson line, the CQC-7 fixed blade offers the same powerful cutting performance with the added speed and reliability of full tang, fixed blade construction.
Brand new and direct from Emerson Knives
The Blade: Made from well balanced, American 154CM Stainless steel the CQC-7 sports a conventional V-ground Tanto profile blade. The Tanto delivers some of the best piercing performance of any profile while the V-grind offers a durable yet very sharp cutting edge for great slicing performance. This version is done in Emerson's two-tone finish with Stonewashed flats and Satin grinds. The Emerson Wave feature is included as a rear guard and thumb ramp with jimping.
The Handle: The full tang construction of the handle supports two coarse textured, black G10 handle slabs. The spine of the tang is proud to the scales giving the feel of a more contoured handle without added machining. The handle contours provide a secure and comfortable grip in multiple positions and the hole at the pommel allows for lanyard attachment for added security.
The CQC-7 Fixed Blade carries via a custom molded black Kydex sheath (Tek-Lok & Belt Clips Sold Separately).
