The ESEE CampLore RB3 Bushcraft knife designed by Reuben Bolieu is a medium size with traditional Scandi grind and simple lines. Reuben and ESEE wanted to create a straightforward survival style knife that could meet grueling tasks head on while being supremely useful for anything asked of it.
Blade: The drop point utility blade made from 1095 high carbon tool steel that has been Scandi ground to offer a razor sharp edge. The flats of the blade are finished in a tumbled Black Oxide coating that helps a little with corrosion and provides an attractive contrast to the satin finished grind. The spine of the blade is ground flat with 90° corners to facilitate in fire making, both scraping tinder and striking a ferro rod.
Handle: Green Micarta handle scales are attached to the tang with Allen scales and can be completely removed for cleaning and maintenance The rounded handles are comfortable in a variety of grips and thanks to the texture of the canvas Micarta scales the knife offers a secure grip even in wet conditions. A lanyard hole is included at the pommel of the handle and the exposed tang of the handle area sports the same black oxide finish as the blade flats.
Includes a USA made traditional tan leather belt sheath. Brand new direct from ESEE Knives.
