Designed by prolific Danish custom knife maker Jesper Voxnaes, the Fox Knives Baby Core is a scaled down version of the original full size version. Compact, capable and a joy to carry this sub-3 ounce blade retains the same inset liner lock construction and comfortably contoured handle in a more carry friendly platform. This version comes with a blasted and stonewashed M390 blade and brown burlap Micarta handle scales.

Blade: Made from blasted and tumbled M390 the straight spine blade rides smooth on a bearing pivot deploying via the ambidextrous oval blade hole or minimalist flipper tab with light switch action. The blade is discreetly non-reflective and hides wear from use with good belly for slicing and an abrupt clip at the tip for fine work and piercing. 

Handle: Contoured Micarta scales house the blade and inset skeletonized steel liners with a brass partial back spacer for a stylish and exceptionally well-balanced folder. The deep index groove makes it very secure in the three finger grip and capable of some heavy use. A hole allows for lanyard attachment while the steel liner lock delivers smooth operation and solid, secure lock up for safe use.

Carries via reversible stainless steel deep carry clip.

Bohler M390: Bohler M390 (analog to CPM-20CV and CTS-204P) is a premium powder metallurgy (PM) stainless steel with high level edge retention and corrosion resistance. A popular choice for high-end production and custom knives, M390 is relatively easy to sharpen, with toughness on par with 440C/154CM.
