The 523 TUR is a compact yet robust everyday carry folding knife designed by prolific Danish custom knife maker Jesper Voxnaes and built with precision by Fox Knives of Italy. Built with users in mind the more affordable 523 comes with a satin finished N690Co stainless steel blade and contoured Black G10 scales with a stainless steel liner and clip.

Blade: A beefy, 3.5 mm Clip Point blade is made from Bohler N690Co for a solid, well-balanced performance. The high saber grind offers good toughness with excellent slicing performance while the clip point swedge tapers the blade to a strong tip for piercing and detail work. Hefty phosphor bronze washers deliver smooth, snappy deployment via the dual thumb studs with jimping on the spine providing added traction for enhanced control.

Handle: Thick, contoured slabs of G10 create comfortable and robust handle that was made for serious work. An inset stainless steel liner adds durability and rigidity and functions as the locking mechanism offering safe and secure operation. A partial G10 back spacer has milled jimping for traction and a generous hole in the exposed end for lanyard attachment. Zippered nylon storage pouch and pivot adjustment tool are included.

Carries via a right hand, tip-up, 3D machined stainless steel pocket clip for carry.

Bohler N690Co: N690Co is a high quality stainless steel with performance similar to Japanese VG-10 with high level corrosion resistance, good edge retention and ease of sharpening.
