The CLS or Combat Life Saver Knife is a classic Rick Hinderer design executed in a durable yet affordable package by Gerber Knives. Built for tactical use in a combat environment the CLS is equipped with a Harpoon-tipped, partially serrated blade, folding belt cutter, glass breaker pommel and oxygen wrench in the handle. Like the Gerber Hinderer Rescue Knife, the CLS is a dependable tool for military, police and first responders who need a multi-functional they can count on. This version comes with a black coated blade and Black GFN handle scales.

Blade: The 440A Stainless Steel blade deploys via dual thumb studs for fast, one-hand operation with a partially serrated, saber ground, edge for exceptionally aggressive cutting power. The blade has a harpoon tip for added strength in piercing tasks and a discreetly non-reflective black coated finish.

Handle: Built on robust steel liners the handle is ergonomic with or without gloves with traction added via black "Hinderer texture" GFN scales. A slide operated liner lock delivers security in use and keeps your fingers clear of the blade when closing. One side of the handle is equipped with a folding belt cutter and the other features a built-in oxygen wrench. The half-length steel back spacer ends in an extended pommel with lanyard hole and glass breaker tip.

Carries via right hand, tip-down, stainless steel deep carry pocket clip.
