Greg Lightfoot Custom Full Contact Fighter FCF Zirconium Bolstered Iron Wood CPM-154

The Greg Lightfoot Custom FCF or Full Contact Fighter is a massive titanium liner lock flipper that is hand built by Greg and offers a tank like, martial blade in a fast action, folding knife platform. This version comes with a two-tone CPM-154 Tanto blade, zirconium bolsters and Iron Wood scales and backspacer.

Blade: The beefy, +5/32 inch blade is made from tough, CPM-154 stainless steel with a two-tone finish. The satin flats are classy while the blasted grinds and asymmetrical swedge are all business. The swedge leaves more material at the tip for powerful piercing with the Tanto point while the hollow saber grind blends durability with excellent slicing performance. The blade rides on a ball bearing pivot and deploys with authority.

Handle: The tank-like handle of the FCF starts with thick, blasted titanium liners which support the zirconium bolsters and beautifully figured Iron Wood scales. The handle has attractive, sweeping lines and is designed for a seriously secure grip. The flipper doubles as a guard when open with a deep index finger cutout along with palm and pommel swells that lock the knife into the hand. The titanium liner lock is equipped with a hardened steel lock face insert for smooth, reliable operation for the life of the knife. Construction is completed with blue anodized titanium Torx hardware and a custom "6-shooter cylinder" pivot.

Carries via a right hand, tip-up, satin finished, milled titanium pocket clip. Ships in a padded S3 Hard Case with informational packet.

CPM-154: CPM-154 is a particle metallurgy version of 154CM that benefits from the refinement in the PM process providing it with an increase in toughness and easy of finishing. CPM-154 takes a very fine edge and is highly corrosion resistant. Edge retention is going to be on-par with CPM S30V while being easier to resharpen. A great all-around blade steel.
