The Wraith Auto from Heretic is a versatile and innovative automatic knife design. Built with an ingenious one piece integral carbon fiber chassis and button lock mechanism, the Wraith is a robust yet lightweight folder with reliably fast deployment. This version comes with a two-tone Battleworn Elmax Tanto blade, Jade Green G10 bolster and integral carbon fiber handle.

Blade: Made from +4 mm thick Elmax the Tanto blade sports a high saber grind and top swedge for a high level of durability and balanced slicing and piercing performance. The blade is two-tone finished with classic satin on the flats and rugged, wear hiding Battleworn finish (blasted and tumbled) on the grinds and spine. A frag-pattern textured button operates the automatic coil spring mechanism, delivering smooth, reliable deployment at the press of a button.

Handle: A single piece of carbon fiber is milled as the integral chassis housing the blade and button lock mechanism making for a durable, lightweight construction. The button lock is smooth and reliable with frag pattern texture for positive engagement, with additional frag milling on the front of the handle for added traction. A Jade Green G10 bolster, Battleworn titanium hardware and matching clip round out the construction with a generous lanyard hole.

Carries via a right hand, tip-up, 3D machined titanium pocket clip with single point roller ball.

Elmax has similar performance to the American CPM-S30V/S35VN, falling between the two in terms of edge retention and toughness, with S35VN level corrosion resistance and similar sharpening response.
