This Heretic Martyr is a full-size folder for everyday cutting, a sabre-ground MagnaCut tanto wearing a bronze finish. The handle is black polymer with a button lock and two-way opening allows for thumb hold or flipper deployment.

• Bronze Finished Blade - The bronze finish gives the tanto a warm, aged look that plays against the black handle instead of matching it. A tanto point stacks extra steel behind the tip, which is the part of a blade that takes the worst of a hard cut.
• CPM Magnacut Blade Steel - Magnacut shrugs off rust better than most steels that hold an edge this long, which makes it an easy pick for humid pockets and wet work. It comes back to sharp on ordinary stones and asks for no oiling or special care.
• Flipper Tab and Thumb Cutout - Two openers means two habits. Pull the flipper tab for a fast run straight out of the handle. Push off the thumb cutout when a slower, more deliberate opening suits what you are doing.
• Button Lock - One button covers both jobs, holding the blade open under load and keeping it shut in the pocket. Press it and the blade swings clear without your fingers crossing the edge path, which makes closing a one-hand move.
