The Hinderer Knives Investigator Modular Pen with Black Ink is crafted from CNC machined Stainless Steel and given a Stonewashed Black DLC (Diamond-Like Carbon) finish. This finish is super tough and has a smoky black appearance and thanks to the stonewash it hides the minimal wear it might show very well. It's one tough battle-tested finish that will handle the hardest use.

Lightweight and overbuilt to take a beating...and give one. The Investigator was designed to be as small as a standard size refill would allow, yet still be usable in a tough situation. Uses Fisher Space Pen full size refills (pn# SPR4B).
