The largest of the XM family, the Hinderer Knives XM-24 is a precision-crafted hard-use tactical folder sized for users with extra large hands or are planing on wearing gloves. Easy, one-hand operation and a reliable lock system are the foundation of the XM series. The XM-24 features an integral flipper tab and dual thumb studs for fast, easy operation in a compact platform that is comfortable for most users. This version comes with a stonewashed CPM-20CV Bowie blade, red G10 scale, and matching stonewashed blue anodized titanium frame and liner.

Blade: Riding smooth on the installed Tri-Way pivot bearings, the clip point Bowie blade opens with speed via the flipper or dual thumb studs. A high saber grind delivers balanced performance and solid durability whatever the task with a piercing clip point and full forward choil for optimal control. The bright stonewashed finish hides wear while looking great.

Handle: Titanium frame and liner come in a matching stonewashed blue that hides wear with style while the textured G10 scale and jimping provide a secure grip for large hands and gloved users. Equipped with a steel lock face insert, the integral frame lock has solid lockup and smooth operation for safe use. The Hinderer LockBar Stabilizer, titanium clip insert and hardware make this a fully customizable modular design.

Tri-Way Pivot: The Tri-Way pivot features milled pockets in the blade and frame comes with smooth operating ball bearing pivot washers installed. By utilizing included steel spacers to fill those pockets, users can get a more classic feel with either nylon or bronze washers also included.

CPM-20CV: CPM-20CV (analog to M390 and CTS-204P) is a premium powder metallurgy (PM) stainless steel with high level edge retention and corrosion resistance. Relatively easy to sharpen, the coarse microstructure gives this steel lower toughness.
