This 3" SG Gents has a hand rubbed satin, CPM-S35VN blade, marbled carbon fiber bolsters, gold anodized titanium liners with matching file worked back spacer, zirconium clip and textured curly Koa wood scales.

Blade: Flawlessly custom-made, the 3" tactical spear point blade shape is delivered with a clean upper swedge, hand rubbed satin finish and shallow hollow grind that will perform well if you can bear putting it to use. This is truly a thing of beauty to behold. Phosphor bronze washers provide smooth operation with deployment via dual, stepped gold anodized titanium thumb studs. The initials JWS appear at the base of the tang.

Handle: Gold anodized titanium liners support the marbled carbon fiber bolsters and handsome, diamond textured curly Koa wood scales. A matching gold titanium back spacer rides proud to the liners for a more contoured feel and features custom file work for a high-end look. Take a peek inside the liners, and you will see they are engine turned, a truly custom detail. The simple liner lock delivers solid and secure lockup and is scalloped for traction in operation. Custom gold titanium hardware completes the construction.

It is also easier to machine and polish than CPM S30V and the adjusted chemistry makes CPM S35VN about 15-20% tougher than CPM S30V without any loss of wear resistance. CPM S35VN’s improved toughness gives it better resistance to edge chipping.
