This KAI PRO Series Master Utility 6.5" has everything you love about a chef's knife with the maneuverability of a compact knife. Extra width at the heel and slight belly curve enables rocking cuts for mincing herbs or garlic. Its downturned tip is similar to a kiritsuke making it extra durable. It is hand-sharpened to a 16 degree angle and given a hammered finish for releasing food from the blade.
Includes a comfortable, riveted POM handle with full tang construction for strength and balance. NSF Certified for commercial kitchens.
