Details
The Confluence Carbon Fiber Folder is a custom collaboration between makers Brian Fellhoelter and Steve Kelly. Only a small number of these have been built, this one coming from USN G9. It comes with Steve's TiConnector hardware and a stonewashed wharncliffe styled blade.
Brand new direct from maker Steve Kelly.
The Blade: A wicked wharncliffe design on this one with a two-tone satin/dark tumbled finish and both maker's names on the front of the blade. It opens quickly and effortlessly via a bronze Ti thumb disk on the spine with smooth bronze washer operation. It locks up solid and looks great. An internal stop pin is a nice touch.
The Handle: Thick titanium liners form the handle as well as integral bolsters and frame lock mechanism. Smoky marbled carbon fiber handle scales have been form fitted to the curvy bolsters and give the handle a handsome appearance. The back handle scale also acts as lockbar overtravel protection. Steve's bronze TiConnector hardware is used for construction on the open handle design. A sculpted Ti pocket clip with hidden hardware is included for tip up carry.
The Confluence collab ships in a Fellhoelter/Kelly Confluence zipper pouch.
